Can I arrive at the retreat late or leave early?

Our retreat is a carefully-crafted series of learnings and activities designed to catalyze personal transformation and community connection. It's meant to be a closed container from start to finish, so we typically do not accept reservations from participants who wish to arrive late or leave early.

Will there be time for me to work and take meetings during the retreat?

While we do have many breaks during the day for free time and personal integration, there won't be any designated working time. We have an "all in" mindset at Wellbeing Worldwide. We strongly advise participants to take a full break from their normal work activites during the 5 days of the retreat. This event is carefully-crafted to promote personal transformation and community connection through participation in all of our activities.

Who will be on the trip with me?

The Contentment Foundation family is supercharged by a team of international experts spanning across dozens of disciplines. Educators, psychologists, philosophers, artists, programmers, scientists, and advocates have become inspired around a single mission – to bring indestructible wellbeing practices into every school around the world.

The Wellbeing Worldwide retreat welcomes all full time, part time, and volunteer Contentment Foundation members as well as their loved ones and friends to attend the July gathering. Contentment Foundation family members from all over the world will be joining the retreat. Guests will be traveling from Bhutan, Singapore, Costa Rica, India, Kenya, UK, Japan, USA, Netherlands, and Germany (just to name a few home-base locations).
